Challenge
A growing mobile car detailing business was managing everything manually. Bookings came in through phone calls and messages, inventory was untracked, and there was no central place to manage jobs, finances or team tasks.
Solution
We built a conversion focused website with an integrated booking system so customers could book online without calling. Alongside this we designed a full Notion operations workspace covering bookings, inventory management, finance tracking, SOPs and team task management.
Outcomes
Challenge
A Sydney mechanical repair shop had an outdated online presence that did not clearly communicate their services or make it easy for customers to get in touch or book a job.
Solution
We designed and built a clean multi page website that clearly presented their services and made booking simple through an integrated Calendly booking system. Customers can now book directly without needing to call.
